How do I pay my rent?

Open Payments in your portal and use Pay Now. You can pay by card or by bank transfer (ACH) - the bank option usually carries a smaller fee. Exact fees are shown before you confirm.

If you also have other charges due, like a deposit or a repair bill, Pay Now can cover everything in one payment.

Payments also shows Previous lease balances when an exact unpaid balance remains from a former tenancy or term. Review that bill and its fee quote, then choose card, bank transfer, or your available saved bank. These payments do not restart the old tenancy or authorize auto-pay. Processing or reconciliation holds stay visible without another pay button; use Refresh balances for the current status.

Bank transfers take a few business days to clear. While one is clearing, the month shows as processing - you will not be marked late or charged twice. Combined payments list the included bills and total in the processing notice. Receipts retain original amounts and identify refunds or disputes; check Transaction History for the current outcome.

Need to pay part of your rent now and the rest later? Tap Pay partial next to Pay Now, enter an amount of at least $25, and pay it by bank or card. The remaining balance stays on your Payments page until it is paid. Pay partial is not available on split leases, while auto-pay is on, or while an earlier payment is still clearing.
