How do I find properties that match my buy box?
Choose Find Opportunities on the analyzer home screen. Enter a ZIP code or city and state, then adjust property type, asking-price range, bedrooms, financing and your cash-flow, cash-on-cash and debt-coverage targets. The current search screen returns up to ten candidate listings.
Screening rent uses at least three suitable nearby rental listings with current asking-rent evidence. It is not signed lease income. A property without enough rental evidence is shown as unrated, not as a passing investment. Review failed criteria and warnings even when a listing meets your submitted buy box.
Analyze This Property opens a full source-backed property report using the asking price as the purchase assumption and your screening financing inputs. Asking price is not substituted for market value. Review the full property report and verify evidence before deciding to buy.
A successful new opportunity search uses one analyzer search from your plan allowance, even if it finds no matching listings. Opening a fresh saved search is free. Reopening an expired search may run and charge a new search; cache expiry is shown with results. Up to five new opportunity searches can run per hour. A new full property analysis uses its own search allowance, while reloading an existing saved property report is unmetered.
