How do I set up auto-pay?
From Payments, choose auto-pay and connect your bank with a secure bank login. Eligible schedules can collect monthly rent on the agreed due day. A partial first or final month, a short-month due day, or an existing payment may require schedule review before setup. Follow the displayed guidance to pay the reviewed obligation manually when automatic setup is unavailable.
If auto-pay is already enabled and its schedule needs review, confirm any pending provider charge with your landlord before making another payment. An early payment does not establish that the next automatic charge was rescheduled.
You can turn auto-pay off anytime from the same page. A signed rent change uses its agreed effective date; any required collection review must be resolved before the new schedule applies. A renewed lease requires fresh payment authorization when the app requests it.
