Use Review court order on the lease to open Ending and possession review. Select and open the exact source PDFs, identify the affected parties, and review the applicable authority, surviving obligations and separate legal, access and billing dates.
Retaining an order is separate from applying a permitted ending plan and confirming actual possession. Record inspections and itemized deposit deductions through the Move-Out workflow; a court order does not automatically forfeit the deposit.
The app records the outcome; the eviction itself happens through your local court process.
