Community: announcements from your landlord

Community in your portal shows the pages your landlord or property manager runs for the properties you rent. Each page is a group of properties, and you only see pages that include yours. Posts are announcements, events, and alerts - a notice about a water shut-off, a weekend event, a flyer for a food truck.

When something new is posted you get an in-app notification and, on the mobile app, a push. Community shows how many posts you have not read yet, and opening a post marks it read.

You can like a post, and the like count is visible to everyone on the page. You can also dislike a post - dislikes are private: no count is shown to other tenants, and only your landlord or property manager can see that dislikes were recorded.

Comments are on unless the landlord turns them off for a post. Before your first comment you accept the community guidelines once; they are shown in the app together with the contact for moderation questions. You can reply to a comment and delete your own comments at any time. Your name appears the way your landlord set for the page - usually your first name and last initial.
