How do I switch between my roles?
One PropertyFolio login can hold more than one role - Landlord, Property Manager and Tenant. You are always using one of them at a time, and you can change which one without signing out.
On the web, open the menu on your avatar (bottom of the sidebar, or top right on a phone). Every other role your account holds appears there as its own option. In the tenant portal the same options sit at the bottom of the sidebar. In the app, landlords find them under Settings, tenants on the Menu tab under Account, and property managers on the More tab under Switch Role.
Choosing a role takes you straight to that role's home screen. If a role is missing from the list, your account does not hold it yet: a landlord role is added from 'Set up a landlord account' on your profile, a property manager role comes from accepting a landlord's team invite, and a tenant role comes from accepting your landlord's invitation.
