Where PropertyFolio fits
PropertyFolio brings property records, rent, expenses, leases and repairs together for independent landlords. You can enter records manually or review fields extracted from supported documents. Investment tools are for researching a prospective purchase as well as revisiting its assumptions.
Investment Analyzer, team access, tenant screening and bank-connected mortgage import require a paid plan. Analyzer search limits and community page limits vary by plan. Screening and online payment processing have separate charges; in-app subscription pricing can differ from web pricing.
PropertyFolio does not offer a general ledger or automatic bank-transaction feeds. Bank connection is for mortgages. Listing syndication, commercial leasing and Canada support remain planned features. Community announcements are available on the web; check the installed app version for mobile availability.
